FedEx Truck Driver Killed in Crash on LBJ Freeway in North Dallas

Driver Killed in North Dallas 18-Wheeler Crash on Interstate 635

Dallas, Texas (January 5, 2023) – According to the authorities, a FedEx driver was killed Wednesday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in North Dallas.

The fatal crash happened just before 4:30 p.m., January 4, on the eastbound LBJ Freeway (Interstate 635) near Hillcrest Road.

Authorities said several vehicles, including a FedEx 18-wheeler that was left overturned, were involved in the crash.

The FedEx driver was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The crash closed the eastbound lanes of the freeway.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
