Jacob Fuentes Killed in San Antonio Car Crash on St. Mary’s Street

San Antonio, Texas (May 16, 2021) – The 53-year-old man who was killed in a rollover crash Friday afternoon in San Antonio’s North Side has been identified as Jacob Fuentes, according to the Bexar County Medical Examiner.

The fatal crash happened on May 14, in the 3200 block of N. St. Mary’s Street.

Police said Fuentes was driving an SUV northeast on the street when he suffered a medical episode, and his vehicle left the roadway, struck two parked vehicles, and rolled over in the YMCA parking lot.

Fuentes was pronounced dead at the scene. 

A female in one of the parked vehicles sustained minor injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
