3 Seriously Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on Bandera in San Antonio

Two Teens and Infant Seriously Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Bandera

San Antonio, Texas (September 6, 2021) – According to the police, two teens and a 9-month-old infant were seriously injured Saturday night in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Northwest Side.

The crash happened around 11:55 p.m., September 4, in the 200 block of Bandera Road.

Police said a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu was traveling southeast while a 2003 Honda Pilot was traveling northwest.

The Honda made a left turn in front of the Malibu, resulting in a collision.

The force of the impact caused the Malibu to crash through a chain-link fence and into a large tree.

Two teens and the infant who were in the Malibu were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

The Honda driver was evaluated and arrested for three counts of intoxication assault.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
