23-Year-Old Woman and 26-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on North Freeway

Houston, Texas – A man and a woman were killed early Saturday morning in a wrong-way crash in Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 4:10 a.m., March 2, in the 5700 block of North Freeway (North Interstate Highway 45).

Police said a 26-year-old man was driving a black Honda Accord northbound in the southbound lanes of the freeway when he crashed head-on into a southbound blue Toyota Rav4 driven by a 23-year-old woman.

Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. Their names have not been released.

The police are investigating the crash.
