Multiple Injured in Alvarado Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 917
Alvarado, Texas (August 16, 2019) – Several people were injured in a two-vehicle crash last Friday in Alvarado, according to the authorities.
The collision took place around 7:15 p.m. August 9, in the 7200 block of East Farm to Market Road 917.
Authorities said two vehicles collided for unknown reasons on the roadway.
The impact caused one of the vehicles to roll over severally, trapping the occupants inside.
Responding emergency crews had to extricate the victims from the car.
Several people sustained injuries in the crash.
Two CareFlite helicopters were called to the scene to help transport the injured victims.
The crash remains under investigation.
