Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Division Street in Arlington

One Killed in Arlington Motorcycle Crash on Division Street at Great Southwest Parkway

Arlington, Texas (July 31, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed Thursday morning in a motorcycle crash in Arlington.

The deadly accident happened around 6:00 a.m., July 29, in the 3500 block of E. Division Street at the intersection of Great Southwest Parkway.

Police said a motorcycle was heading westbound on E. Division Street while a car was traveling eastbound. 

The motorcyclist entered the intersection and crashed into the car that had also entered the intersection and was trying to make a left turn to go northbound on Great Southwest Parkway. 

The motorcyclist was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

The car driver was uninjured in the crash. They remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The police are investigating the crash.
