1 Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on 34th Street at Golf Drive

Houston, Texas (June 30, 2019) – A man was killed in a suspected DUI crash Sunday morning in Houston, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened on 34th Street at Golf Drive.

Police said a white Toyota Tundra was making a left turn onto 34th Street from Golf Drive when it was hit by a westbound black truck.

The Tundra driver had to be extricated from his truck and was taken to the hospital, where he later died.

The driver of the black truck was arrested for driving under the influence. They are charging him with intoxication manslaughter.

The crash remains under investigation.
