59-Year-Old Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Enrique M. Barrera Parkway
San Antonio, Texas (June 13, 2021) – According to the authorities, a 59-year-old man was seriously injured in April in a hit-and-run accident at a carwash in San Antonio.
The accident happened on April 30, in the 664 block of Enrique M. Barrera Parkway.
Authorities said the man got off a VIA bus and was walking through the carwash when he was struck by a white 4-door hatchback vehicle.
The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.
The man was taken to the hospital with a serious brain injury and a broken leg.
The authorities are looking for the hit-and-run driver.
An investigation is underway. Anyone with any information about the suspect is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 210-224-STOP (210-224-7867). The tips are anonymous, and Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information.
