Jennifer Greer Killed in Lewisville Two-Vehicle Crash on Business 121 at I-35

Lewisville, Texas (January 3, 2020) – One person was killed, and two others were injured in a two-vehicle crash on New Year’s Day in Lewisville, according to the police.

The fatal crash occurred around 3:45 a.m. January 1, on Business 121 at I-35.

Police said a GMC Terrain was heading northbound on Business 121 when it turned left to the I-35 service road and hit a southbound Chevy Cavalier.

The Cavalier driver, a man, was taken to the hospital and is in intensive care but is expected to survive.

25-year-old Jennifer Greer of Spring, who was a passenger in the Cavalier, was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead.

The Terrain driver, Marissamary Guadalupe Pecina, 25, of Dallas, was taken to the hospital and was later released and charged with DWI.

The crash remains under investigation.
