Johnny McDonald Killed and Blayne Black Seriously Injured in Hereford Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 60

Hereford, Texas (November 23, 2019) – One person was killed, and another was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash on Friday, east of Hereford, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash happened around 10:28 a.m., November 22, on U.S. 60.

As per the report, Blayne Black, 30, was driving when the vehicle ahead of him slowed down to make a turn. Black then crashed into the trailer being towed by the vehicle.

Black was taken to Hereford Regional Medical Center with serious injuries. His passenger, Johnny McDonald, 39, of Amarillo, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
