Jonathan Crawford Killed in Robertson County Three-Vehicle Crash on Texas 6 at Lakeway Drive

Robertson County, Texas (April 9, 2021) – According to the Texas DPS, one person was killed, and three others were injured Wednesday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash in Robertson County.

The fatal crash happened just after 5:00 p.m., April 7, on Texas 6 at Lakeway Drive.

Troopers said Jonathan Crawford, 30, of Bryan, was driving when he failed to yield the right of way and collided with a northbound pickup truck.

After the collision, both vehicles went into the southbound lanes of Texas 6, forcing a southbound vehicle to veer off the roadway and hit a tree.

Crawford was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other two drivers and a passenger in the pickup truck were taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Bryan for treatment.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
