Jonathan Fortenberry Seriously Injured in San Angelo Two-Vehicle Crash on Houston Harte Expressway

San Angelo, Texas (August 11, 2021) – According to the police, one person was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a rear-end collision in San Angelo.

The crash happened on August 10, on W Houston Harte Expressway Eastbound.

Police said Jonathan Fortenberry, 23, was driving a silver Subaru SUV when he rear-ended a semi-truck trailer.

Fortenberry was taken to the hospital with incapacitating injuries. He was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Officers said alcohol was not a factor in the crash.

The police are conducting the investigation.
