80-Year-Old Leon Martinez Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident at Interstate 30 and St. Francis

Dallas, Texas (October 20, 2019) – An 80-year-old man was killed in a pedestrian accident Saturday night in Far East Dallas, according to the deputies.

The accident was reported around 10:30 p.m. on October 19, in the area of I-30 and St. Francis.

Deputies said Leon Martinez was hit by a car at the intersection. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Martinez’s son said he was putting his father on a bus to Mexico at the Tornado Bus Lines Station and he went to the restroom. When he came back, he couldn’t find his father.
