Linda Perry and Julie Perry Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 16; Larry Korus Arrested

San Antonio, Texas (December 1, 2023) – According to the authorities, a mother and a daughter were killed Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio’s Southside.

The fatal crash happened around 4:00 p.m., November 27, on Highway 16 near Smith Road.

Authorities said Larry James Korus, 40, was driving at about 116 to 117 mph when he crashed into another vehicle occupied by Linda Perry, 64, and her daughter, Julie Perry, 40.

Linda and Julie were killed in the crash.

Korus was arrested on Wednesday, November 29, and charged with two second-degree felony counts of vehicular manslaughter.

The crash remains under investigation.
