1 Killed in Houston Go-Cart Crash on Foster Street at Idaho Street

Houston, Texas (October 31, 2019) – A 28-year-old man was killed last week Tuesday afternoon in a traffic collision involving a go-cart in Houston, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 4:35 p.m. on October 22, at 6800 Foster Street in the area of Idaho Street.

Police said a blue Dodge Ram pickup truck was traveling southbound on Idaho Street when it crossed into the intersection. The 28-year-old man was heading westbound on Foster Street in a go-cart.

The man ran a stop sign at the intersection and was struck by the Dodge.

The man was killed in the crash.

The Dodge driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.

Intoxication was not a factor in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
