Man Critically Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on South Presa Street

San Antonio, Texas (May 2, 2022) – A man in his 40s was critically Sunday night in a pedestrian accident in San Antonio’s Southside, according to the police.

The accident happened around 9:00 p.m., in the 4900 block of South Presa Street.

Police said a woman was driving northbound when the man darted in front of her, and she hit him.

The man was taken to SAMMC in critical condition.

The woman stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
