36-Year-Old Maria Herminia Cisneros-Rivera Killed in Laredo Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 59 near Las Lomas

Laredo, Texas (March 29, 2020) – The woman who was killed in a two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Laredo has been identified as Maria Herminia Cisneros-Rivera,36, according to a local news source.

The deadly crash was reported around 5:30 p.m. March 26, on Highway 59, two miles west of Las Lomas.

According to the report, a 2016 white Ford Fiesta was passing a Dodge pickup truck when it attempted to merge, causing the Dodge to go off the roadway and roll over.

Both the driver and the passenger of the truck were taken to the hospital for treatment where the passenger, Cisneros-Rivera, later died.

No injuries were reported in the Fiesta.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
