Michael Bradis Killed in Motorcycle Accident on South Staples Street in Corpus Christi

Michael Bradis ID’d as Man Killed in Corpus Christi Motorcycle Accident on South Staples Street near Curtis Clark Drive

Corpus Christi, Texas (June 4, 2019) – Police have identified Michael Bradish, 53, of Corpus Christi as the man who was killed early Saturday morning in a motorcycle accident in Corpus Christi.

The deadly crash happened at about 4:50 a.m. Saturday, June 1 on South Staples Street near Curtis Clark Drive.

According to the police, Bradish was riding his motorcycle on South Staples Street when for an unknown reason he was hit by a pickup truck that was traveling westbound.

Bradish was taken to Bay Area Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

According to the police, the truck driver, a 19-year old mam, failed to yield to the motorcyclist and told officers he didn’t see him. The driver was cited for failure to stop at a red light.

The crash remains under investigation.
