Motorcyclist Airlifted after Collision with Vehicle at South Main Street and Interstate 20 in Lindale

Motorcyclist, Driver Injured in Lindale Crash at South Main Street and Interstate 20

Lindale, Texas (April 12, 2023) – Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident in Lindale on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Lindale Police Department.

The crash happened near the intersection of South Main Street and Interstate 20 on Tuesday, April 11.

Lindale police said the motorcycle was heading southbound on the shoulder lane of South Main Street when it collided with a car that was turning into the McDonald’s parking lot.

The motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was airlifted to a Tyler hospital in unknown condition. The driver of the car was also transported to a hospital in Lindale with unspecified injuries.

An investigation into the wreck is ongoing.
