Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Interstate 10 in San Antonio

Rider Hospitalized after San Antonio Motorcycle Accident on Interstate 10

San Antonio, Texas (June 6, 2022) – A motorcyclist was critically injured early Saturday morning following a hit-and-run collision in San Antonio, police said.

The motorcycle wreck happened just after 2:30 a.m. on June 4 in the 5000 block of eastbound Interstate 10.

According to the police, a black pickup truck crashed into the back of a motorcycle on the eastbound side of the highway. The rider lost control of the bike after the impact.

The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

The driver of the pickup truck did not stop to render aid to the victim and fled the scene.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
