Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on East Freeway in Fort Worth

Rider Killed in Fort Worth Motorcycle Accident on East Freeway

Fort Worth, Texas (May 22, 2022) – A motorcyclist was killed in a traffic collision on a freeway in Fort Worth early Sunday morning, authorities said.

Authorities responded to the 7400 block of East Freeway at around 3:00 a.m. to investigate the report of a motorcycle accident.

According to authorities, the motorcyclist was heading westbound on the freeway when, for unknown reasons, he collided with a vehicle.

Due to the impact, the rider lost control and fell off his bike. He was then run over by two vehicles that were also heading westbound.

The motorcyclist died at the scene. His name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

No further details about the collision were immediately provided.

The accident remains under investigation.
