Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on FM 2770 in Buda

One Killed in Buda Motorcycle Accident on FM 2770 at Robert S. Light Boulevard

Buda, Texas (August 30, 2023) – A motorcyclist was killed Monday morning in a crash in Buda, according to the Texas DPS.

The fatal crash happened on August 28, on Farm to Market Road 2770 at Robert S. Light Boulevard.

DPS said a Ford F-150, which was towing a trailer, was traveling on Robert S. Light Boulevard when it pulled out in front of a motorcycle, which was heading northbound on FM 2770. The motorcycle hit the trailer.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where they later died. Their identity has not been released.

The driver of the truck stayed at the scene.

The crash remains under investigation.
