1 Killed in Beaumont Two-Vehicle Crash on Highway 347

Beaumont, Texas (October 30, 2019) – One person was killed Wednesday morning in a traffic collision involving an 18-wheeler in Beaumont, according to the police.

The fatal crash took place at about 6:45 a.m. in the 6400 block of Texas Highway 347.

Police said a small car rear-ended an 18-wheeler on the highway.

One person was killed in the crash.

The crash closed both directions of the highway.

Motorists were urged to seek alternate routes.

An investigation is ongoing.
