58-Year-Old Walter Moore Killed in Dallas Pedestrian Accident on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard

Dallas, Texas (December 2, 2019) – A 58-year-old man on a wheelchair was hit and killed by a vehicle Saturday evening in Dallas, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:00 p.m. November 30, in the 1600 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

Police said Walter Moore was sitting in a wheelchair and was stopped in the left lane of the street when a 36-year-old man driving eastbound hit him at the intersection.

Moore was taken to Baylor Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

An investigation is ongoing.
