Lubbock, Texas (November 30, 2023) – One person was killed Wednesday morning in a crash with an 18-wheeler in Lubbock, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 8:00 a.m., November 29, near Clovis Road and North Loop 289.

Police said the crash involved an 18-wheeler and another vehicle.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The crash closed Clovis Road east of Quaker Avenue.

The police are investigating the crash.
