One Killed in Big Rig Crash on I-30 in Garland

Person Killed in Garland Truck Accident on Interstate 30

Garland, Texas (May 14, 2020) – One person was killed early Thursday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Garland, according to a local news source.

The fatal crash occurred just after midnight on Interstate 30, near Zion Road just west of Lake Ray Hubbard.

According to the report, a car and a big rig collided, for unknown reasons, on the interstate.

One person was declared dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been disclosed.

The crash closed westbound I-30 for several hours.

The crash remains under investigation.
