One Killed in Street Racing Crash near Cutten Road and Belgold Drive in Harris County

Person Killed in Harris County Three-Vehicle Crash near Cutten Road and Belgold Drive

Harris County, Texas (September 11, 2020) – One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash Thursday night in Harris County, according to deputies.

The fatal crash occurred around 6:45 p.m., September 10, near the intersection of Cutten Road and Belgold Drive, near Willowbrook Mall.

Deputies said two Dodge Chargers were speeding, possibly racing, when one of them crashed into a truck.

The truck driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The two people in the Charger were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The Charger driver admitted to speeding.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
