Orlando Lombard Junior Killed in San Antonio Train-Pedestrian Accident on Roland Avenue and J Street

San Antonio, Texas (April 18, 2022) – A pedestrian was fatally hit by a train early Sunday morning in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 1:07 a.m., April 17, in the area of Roland Avenue and J Street.

Police said the man was on the train tracks, and the train conductor tried warning and alerting the man by blowing the train horn, but he was not moving and was hit.

The man, Orlando Lombard Junior,31, was pronounced dead at the scene. 

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
