Man Seriously Injured in Pedestrian Accident on I-35 in San Antonio

41-Year-Old Man Seriously Injured in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 35

San Antonio, Texas (October 24, 2020) – A 41-year-old man was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident Thursday morning in San Antonio, police said.

The accident occurred at about 6:51 a.m., October 22, in the 7900 block of the Interstate 35 North access road. 

Police said the man was walking in the right lane and was wearing dark clothing when he was hit by a Honda minivan.

The man went over the car’s hood, broke the windshield, and then rolled off and fell onto the roadway.

The victim was taken to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The police are investigating the crash.
