Man Critically Injured in Northeast Austin Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident near East Rundberg Lane and Crown Ridge Road

Austin, Texas (May 24, 2020) – A man was critically injured early Sunday morning in a possible hit-and-run accident in northeast Austin, according to police.

The accident happened just after 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of East Rundberg Lane and Crown Ridge Road.

Police said the man was found lying in the road after being possibly hit by a vehicle.

The man was taken to the hospital with critical life-threatening injuries.

No further details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
