Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at Culebra Road and NW 36th Street

San Antonio, Texas (May 8, 2022) – A pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning on the Northwest Side of San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The deadly accident happened just before 6:00 a.m. Saturday, May 7, at the intersection of Culebra Road and NW 36th Street, near St. Mary’s University.

As per the report, the pedestrian, described as a man in his mid-30s, was hit by a vehicle under unclear circumstances.

The man died at the scene. His name has not been released pending notification of next of kin.

The involved driver stopped to help the man.

Further details regarding the crash were not immediately provided.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
