King Martin, Kiara Frazier and Devvyn Eddington Injured in Dallas County Crash on President George Bush Turnpike near Belt Line Road

Dallas County, Texas – According to the Texas DPS, one person was killed and three others were injured in a crash early Sunday morning in Dallas County.

The fatal crash happened around 1:13 a.m., January 14, on President George Bush Turnpike near Belt Line Road.

DPS said a Honda Accord became disabled after being involved in a single-vehicle crash in the southbound lanes. The driver was outside the vehicle when a BMW X3 struck her and the Honda.

The Honda driver, 19-year-old Jasmine Lewis of Arlington, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in Lewis’ car, King Martin, 18, of Grand Prairie, sustained minor injuries.

The BMW driver, Kiara Frazier, 28, of Grand Prairie, and passenger, Devvyn Eddington, 33, of Longview, were taken to a Las Colinas hospital with minor injuries. 

The DPS is investigating the crash.
