Woman Killed in Wrong-Way Crash on Loop 410 in San Antonio

Woman Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Loop 410 near Harry Wurzbach

San Antonio, Texas (November 24, 2022) – A woman was killed early Wednesday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before 3:00 a.m., November 23, on Loop 410 between Harry Wurzbach and Nacogdoches Road.

Police said the woman was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes when she crashed head-on with a pickup truck.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

The pickup truck driver was taken to University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

The crash closed the main lanes of Loop 410 eastbound at Nacogdoches Road and Harry Wurzbach.

The police are investigating the crash.
