One Injured in Rusk County Pedestrian Accident on US Highway 79

Rusk County, Texas – A pedestrian was injured Friday night after being hit by a vehicle in Rusk County, according to the authorities.

The accident happened on December 22, in the 400 block of US 79 South.

Authorities said a person was struck by a vehicle and was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

No other details were provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
