Pedestrian Injured in DUI Crash on Woodlawn Boulevard in Denison; Jesus Jaquez Arrested

One Injured in Denison Pedestrian Accident on Woodlawn Boulevard; Jesus Jaquez Arrested

Denison, Texas (April 23, 2022) – One person was injured Thursday afternoon in a pedestrian accident in Denison, according to the police.

The accident happened on April 21, on Woodlawn Boulevard.

Police said Jesus Jaquez, of Fort Worth, was driving when he crossed the centerline, careened into a parking lot, and hit parked cars and a pedestrian.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Jaquez was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. He posted a $30,000 bond and was released on Friday.

The police are investigating the crash.
