Robert Garrett Seriously Injured in Lubbock Motorcycle Crash on 50th Street

Lubbock, Texas (October 3, 2023) – A man was seriously injured Sunday night in a motorcycle crash in Lubbock, according to the police.

The crash happened around 7:46 p.m., October 1, in the 2100 block of 50th Street.

Police said Edilio Fuentes-Lopez, 28, was driving northbound and was attempting to turn westbound when he collided with a motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, Robert Garrett, 60, was taken to University Medical Center with serious injuries.

No other information was available.

The police are investigating the crash.
