Multiple People Injured in North Richland Hills Car Accident on Boulevard 26 near Northeast Loop 820.
North Richland Hills, Texas (March 9, 2019) – Several people were hospitalized Friday afternoon after a car crashed into a Hooters restaurant in North Richland Hills, according to police.
The accident took place at the Hooters in the 7600 block of Boulevard 26, off Northeast Loop 820 Friday, March 8. The exact time of the crash was not mentioned in the report.
Police said the driver of a Chevrolet Impala developed a medical emergency and hit three vehicles in the parking lot. The Chevrolet then slammed into the building.
Multiple people sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to a hospital.
As per the report, the Chevrolet was halfway into the building. At around 4:00 p.m. emergency crews arrived at the scene and removed the vehicle.
The crash remains under investigation.
