Woman Dies in Fort Worth 18-Wheeler Crash on Interstate 35

Fort Worth, Texas (July 23, 2019) – A woman died after an accident where she was run over by a big rig early Tuesday morning in Fort Worth.

According to a report by the Fort Worth police, the collision happened at about 12:30 a.m. on Interstate 35.

Police said a woman was driving northbound on the interstate when she slammed into a wall for unknown reasons. A northbound vehicle then T-boned the woman’s disabled vehicle, ejecting the woman into the roadway.

The woman was eventually ran over by an 18-wheeler.

The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her passenger and the driver who T-boned her car were both taken to a hospital in stable condition.

No other injuries were reported.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
