Skylar Finn ID’d as Man Killed in Groves Motorcycle Accident at 39th Street and Pure Atlantic Road (Highway 366)

Groves, Texas (November 24, 2022) – The man who died in a motorcycle accident on Sunday afternoon in Groves has been identified as Skylar James Finn, 27, of Groves.

The deadly crash occurred at about 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 20 at 39th Street and Pure Atlantic Road (Highway 366).

According to the Groves Police Department, Finn was riding a motorcycle when he rear-ended an 18-wheeler that was turning right onto 39th street from Highway 366 northbound.

Finn was transported to Christus St. Elizabeth in Beaumont, where he later died from his injuries.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
