Stephen Hernandez ID’d as Rider Killed in Culebra Road Motorcycle Crash in San Antonio

San Antonio, Texas (March 22, 2019) – The motorcyclist who was killed in a hit-and-run collision on the Northwest Side Wednesday night has been identified as Stephen Hernandez, 26, according to the San Antonio police.
The incident happened shortly after 8 p.m. March 20, on Culebra Road near 28th Street.
Police said Hernandez was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Culebra Road when he collided with a brown truck that pulled out in front of him.
Hernandez sustained major injuries and was rushed to University Hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the truck involved fled the scene after the incident.
Police are searching for the hit-and-run driver.
