One Injured in Austin Swimming Accident near Mansfield Dam Park
Austin, Texas (May 21, 2020) – A swimmer was hit by a boat Wednesday morning near Mansfield Dam Park in Austin, according to officials.
The accident was reported at about 9:49 a.m. May 20, at 4370 Mansfield Dam Road, off FM 620 near Lake Travis.
Officials said an adult was swimming when they were struck by a boat.
The victim was taken to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
No further details were provided.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
