Travis Justin Miller Killed in Granger Motorcycle Crash on Texas 95 at FM 1331

Granger, Texas (December 25, 2019) – A 17-year-old was killed in a motorcycle crash Monday night, four miles south of Granger, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety.

The accident happened around 8:00 p.m. on December 23, on Texas 95 at FM 1331.

DPS said Travis Justin Miller, 17, of Granger, was riding a 1986 Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on Texas 95. A 2018 Dodge Challenger driven by Anthony Todd Morgan, 20, of Granger, failed to yield the right of way while turning left onto Texas 95 from FM 1331 and hit Miller.

Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.

Morgan was uninjured in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
