Two Critically Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35

San Antonio, Texas (May 13, 2020) – Two people were critically injured in a wrong-way crash Tuesday night in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred around 11:25 p.m., May 12, on Interstate 35 South.

Police said a small car was heading the wrong way on the interstate when it crashed head-on into a minivan occupied by a family of five, two adults and three children.

The wrong-way driver was trapped inside his vehicle and had to be extricated. He and another person in the minivan were taken to a local hospital in critical condition.

Both victims are in their 40s.

The children who are aged between three and six were uninjured in the crash.

The wrong-way driver will be checked to determine if he was intoxicated at the time of the crash.

The authorities are investigating the crash.

We hope the injured victims recover quickly

“When a person has suffered a grave personal injury in an accident due to someone else’s negligence, the most overwhelming emotion they feel is a sense of injustice. They often ask how such a life-altering event could have happened to them,” attorney Joel A. Gordon said. “The next question usually is, who can help me?” Mr. Gordon added.

A legal advocate can represent an injury victim or the family of a deceased victim. The attorney will file a claim on behalf of the victim and will have the responsibility of citing existing codes, laws, or statues which were violated.
