Two Pedestrians Hit, Injured in Crash on Medical Drive in San Antonio

Man, 40, Woman, 68, Hurt in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Medical Drive

San Antonio, Texas (November 20, 2023)- Two pedestrians were struck and injured by a vehicle in San Antonio’s Northwest Side on Sunday evening.

According to the San Antonio police, the crash happened in the 3500 block of Medical Drive at about 7:00 p.m. on November 19.

Police said a driver traveling on Medical Drive drifted into the sidewalk and struck a 68-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man.

The victims were taken to a hospital and were said to be in stable condition.

The driver remained at the scene and was not suspected of driving while intoxicated.

The crash is under investigation.
