Woman Killed in Port Arthur Pedestrian Accident on Highway 69

Port Arthur, Texas (January 20, 2020) – A woman was killed early Sunday morning in a pedestrian accident in Port Arthur, according to a local news source.

The accident occurred just before 4:00 a.m. January 19, in the 5100 block of Highway 69.

Police said the woman was in the southbound lanes when she was struck by a vehicle.
