Woman Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Interstate 10 near Fredericksburg Road

San Antonio, Texas (June 11, 2021) – A woman was fatally hit by a car on Friday in San Antonio’s Northwest Side, according to the police.

The deadly accident occurred around midnight on the access road of Interstate 10 near Fredericksburg Road.

Police said the woman walked right out in front of a car and was hit.

The driver remained at the scene and called for help.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Her name has not been released.

No other details were provided.

An investigation is underway.
