Woman Injured in Harris County Car Crash on North Sam Houston Parkway near Old Humble Road
Harris County, Texas (February 4, 2019) – A woman was hospitalized Saturday afternoon following a traffic accident in Harris County, authorities said.
The crash happened at an unspecified time Saturday, February 2 in the 3500 block of North Sam Houston Parkway, just east of Old Humble Road.
According to the authorities, the woman was driving her vehicle on the North Sam Houston Parkway feeder road when for reasons still under investigation she crashed into a tractor-trailer.
The woman, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time, was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The crash caused the closure of all four lanes of the feeder road.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
