Woman Injured in Haltom City Train Crash on Minnis Drive near SH 121

Haltom City, Texas (November 9, 2020) – A woman was injured in a train accident Saturday night in Haltom City, according to police.

The crash happened on November 7, at a railroad crossing on Minnis Drive, just south of State Highway 121.

Police said the woman’s vehicle was stopped on the train tracks when it was struck by a TRE train.

The woman was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.

Eleven passengers and two employees on the train were uninjured in the crash.

The police are investigating the crash.
