46-Year-Old Woman Killed in Houston Two-Vehicle Crash on 43rd Street at Cheshire Lane; Esvin Crispin Aguilar Arrested

Houston, Texas (July 29, 2020) – A 46-year-old woman was killed in a DUI crash on Monday in Houston, according to police.

The deadly crash happened on July 27, in the 1500 block of 43rd Street at the intersection with Cheshire Lane.

Police said Esvin Crispin Aguilar, 28, was driving a Jeep Wrangler at a high rate of speed when he crashed into a Honda Civic driven by the woman who was attempting to cross the intersection.

The woman was killed in the crash. Her name has not been released.

Aguilar was arrested and has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.

The crash remains under investigation.
