One Injured in Fort Worth Crash at Bell Helicopter
Fort Worth, Texas (February 13, 2019) – One person was hospitalized Monday morning in a traffic accident in Fort Worth, police said.
The wreck took place at about 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 11 at the Bell Helicopter facility.
According to investigators, a flatbed collided with a pickup for an unknown reason.
The force of the impact caused the flatbed to lose control and careened across Bell Flight Boulevard. It then crashed through the employee parking lot fence and damaged nearly two dozen vehicles.
At least one person was transported to the hospital with unspecified injuries. It was immediately unclear which vehicle the patient was in.
The crash remains under investigation.
